About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. This role is physically demanding.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience is an asset
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude
Work Setting

This role is based in a fast food outlet or concession where you will provide on-site customer service.

Supervision

You will supervise 3-4 people in the following roles: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers.
