Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Airline Limousine.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with transportation companies, business offices, and other stakeholders.
  • Answer electronic enquiries from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • College certificate or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and electronic mail systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, accurate, and excellent time management skills.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
