Job Title: Senior GenAI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our GenAI engineering team, you will be responsible for developing innovative Generative AI solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement generative AI solutions that solve complex business problems.
  • Work with architects and platform engineers to build high-performance environments for GenAI solution development and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes.
  • Drive the adoption of ML Ops practices within the GenAI engineering team, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of GenAI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing and productionizing ML projects end-to-end, including MLOps and Model Marketplaces.
  • Experience with building microservice-based architecture for GenAI solutions.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud platforms, especially Azure, in the context of GenAI solution development and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, and their applications in solving complex business problems.
