About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembly Technician to join our team at Richmond Cabinets Ltd. This permanent position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment assisting with the assembly and finishing of custom cabinets. Key responsibilities include loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as applying varnish, veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, repairing or restyling wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products, and sanding wooden surfaces.

Requirements
  • Experience in woodworking or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs) regularly.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
