Job Title: Creative Merchandising Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Merchandising Designer to join our team at Techo-Bloc. As a key member of our Display Architect team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and aesthetically pleasing display concepts that effectively communicate brand messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and transform written briefs and moodboard inspirations into creative design solutions;
  • Develop display concepts that effectively communicate brand messages;
  • Conduct thorough research across different fields to stay abreast of trends in design, architecture, lifestyle, products, and services;
  • Create and maintain benchmarking and positioning charts to inform design strategies and decisions;
  • Create detailed design plans, including sketches, renderings, and digital models;
  • Ensure designs are practical and feasible, considering materials, budget, and production constraints;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or technical degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in display design, visual merchandising, or a similar role;
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail;
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
