At Clareville Foods Inc., we are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all staff are trained in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies and equipment, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Ensure that all kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Permanent employment
* English language proficiency
* 35 to 40 hours per week
