Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Brickyard Station Food Store in Surrey, BC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, processing orders efficiently and accurately, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Balance cash tills accurately on a daily basis
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail operations an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to provide a great shopping experience for every guest
  • Above average communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record as a self-starter, dedicated, and reliable
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be committed to a SAFE work environment
  • Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
