About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional health, beauty and convenience services to our community. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, while ensuring seamless operations within our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the overall operations of the pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers;
  • Practice to full scope in providing professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in the maintenance of the dispensary;
  • Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy;
  • Control access to the dispensary with respect to inventory and patient confidentiality;
  • Review of stock to identify expired inventory, and ensure compliance with federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements;
Requirements:
  • A strong personal computing skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems is an asset;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers and healthcare providers;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with excellent time management and organizational skills;
