Job Description

The Key Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. This involves acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and brand identity to provide excellent customer service.
  2. Business Understanding: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, including sales strategies and goals.
  3. Proactive Thinking: Anticipate and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  4. Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  5. Register/Point of Sales use: Accurately process transactions and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  6. Asset Protection: Implement measures to prevent loss and protect company assets.
  7. Visual Displays: Create visually appealing displays that showcase products and drive sales.
  8. System Skills: Utilize technology effectively to manage tasks, track performance, and communicate with colleagues.

Work Schedule Requirements

The schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. No supervisory/management experience is required.
