Executive Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the e-commerce sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires extensive experience in B2B2C marketing, with at least 3 years in an executive position.

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a visionary marketing leader to make a significant impact on a growing organization and contribute to the continued success of Amilia. As Executive Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Strategic Marketing Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Performance Marketing and Demand Generation: Oversee the development and execution of demand generation programs, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and driving qualified leads.
You will oversee key areas such as leadership and team development, strategic marketing direction, and performance marketing and demand generation. Your focus will be on developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that have led to significant business growth. You will also be responsible for managing a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize marketing initiatives.
What We Want from You- 10+ years of experience in B2B2C marketing, with at least 3 years in an executive role (VP or higher).
- Proven success in leading a high-growth marketing team within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that have led to significant business growth.
- Experience managing demand generation, brand strategy, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
- Proven track record in owning and optimizing a marketing budget to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
A competitive global compensation package awaits you, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on your level of experience, along with a group RRSP employer contribution up to 5% and a complete benefits package for you and your family. You will also receive an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a Telemedicine service, a $750 wellness allowance per year, 5 weeks vacation and 8 sick days yearly, flexible working hours, and opportunities for skill development and professional growth.
