Customer Service Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Qwik Media Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other documents
  • Process customer transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts
  • Manage and maintain our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Internet skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
