We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jonson Drugs LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations
- Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures
- Determine and Establish Office Procedures and Routines
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments
- Answer Telephone and Relay Telephone Calls and Messages
- Answer Electronic Enquiries
- Compile Data, Statistics and Other Information
- Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory
- Arrange Travel, Related Itineraries and Make Reservations
- Set Up and Maintain Manual and Computerized Information Filing Systems
- Type and Proofread Correspondence, Forms and Other Documents
- Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks
- Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
