Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Rock Christian Community Daycare. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young children to grow and develop.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Provide care and supervision for infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment, including housekeeping and cooking duties.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Establish and maintain records, including child development progress and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
