About the Role:
The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales through effective marketing techniques that focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and revenue for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Engage in effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth
- Provide accurate and informative data to clients and upper management to support business decisions
- Manage multiple tasks within campaigns to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Build excitement around our clients' mission, products, and services to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to commute to work to any of our locations
