Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, and prepare budget and cost estimates for meal preparation and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
