Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AML Compliance Risk Manager to lead enterprise-level audit projects and ensure the remediation of Financial Crimes regulatory issues. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with regional and business platform audit teams to ensure adequate and risk-based coverage of Financial Crimes and AML risk in their projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong emotional intelligence, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with 7+ years of experience in risk management, AML compliance management, and Sanctions compliance management. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated critical thinking, and knowledge of key AML/Sanctions compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise-level Financial Crimes and AML audit projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage Audit's coordination and validation of remediated Financial Crimes-related regulatory findings.
  • Actively contribute to the development of continuous monitoring and continuous assurance using data analytics.
  • Work closely with regional and business platform audit teams as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong emotional intelligence, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in risk management, AML compliance management, and Sanctions compliance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated critical thinking, and knowledge of key AML/Sanctions compliance regulations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
