Procurement Manager

About the Role
The Senior Procurement Analyst is a key member of the TSX Inc. team, responsible for planning and executing the sourcing activities underpinning the procurement of goods and services defined within particular subcategories and against less complex or more transactional sourcing files and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure productive and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze business intelligence and reporting data to make informed recommendations on sourcing and vendor management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute contracts.
- Ensure compliance with TSX Inc. corporate policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience leveraging internal and external partnerships to drive enhanced value for the business.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts.
- Strong relationship building, client-centricity, and influencing skills.
- Track record of delivering on commitments.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
