Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities for all petroleum sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, scheduling and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and construction best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Installations and Retrofits: Manage new petroleum installations and retrofits, including soils contamination management and site preparation for fuel install or development.
  • Project Planning and Supervision: Plan, supervise, and approve work from our own forces, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, to ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction best practices.
  • Procurement and Delivery: Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring availability as per project requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce the highest standards of safety for all employees and guests entering construction sites, ensuring compliance with TSSA codes and regulations.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of site supervisory experience in ICI new build and renovation projects, soils contamination management, and site preparation for fuel install or development.
  • Previous experience supervising a small team.
  • Physically able to move and handle loads up to +50 lbs.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel as required and work away from home base.
