Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at RS Aviation Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings by arranging logistics, preparing materials, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members and executives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and directing visitors to relevant contacts or services.
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Procure office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage related tasks.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate related logistics.
  • Welcome guests, direct them to relevant contacts or services, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Create and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure organized and secure document storage.
