Job Title: Client Service Desk Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our Client Service Desk team. As a Client Service Desk Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex issues to senior technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and webchat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and technical developments
Requirements:
  • Three-year community college diploma in Computer Technology or related field
  • One year of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management applications and Contact Center Interaction Management systems
  • Technical skills include expert knowledge in the support of computer hardware devices and networking infrastructure
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
