Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at Bellevie Cafe / Bakery and Eatery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff on baking techniques, food safety, and customer service.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
