The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare, with a strong focus on education, emotional well-being, and physical care. They will be responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment for the children, including preparing nutritious meals, supervising homework, and engaging in activities that promote social development.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently, using initiative and judgment to manage the household and care for the children in the absence of parents. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the family and other caregivers.

As a nanny with Navneet Kaur Randhawa, you can expect a permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, paid in line with industry standards. We estimate the annual salary to be around $45,000, based on average hourly rates and working hours.
