Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at PartnerIT Corporation. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
