At Northern Rockies Dental, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of approximately $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced dental environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed.
  • Dental Instrumentation: Clean and prepare dental instruments, including sterilization and maintenance.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage dental and office supplies, ensuring that the clinic is always well-stocked.
  • Reception Duties: Assist with reception duties, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
  • Clerical Support: Provide clerical support, including recording dental procedures and maintaining accurate patient records.
