About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Game Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building forecasting pipelines and business performance goals, creating processes and pipelines for competitive intelligence, and partnering with design teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Partner with operations teams to evaluate live service tools and opportunities.
  • Drive and set targets for business opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Provide creative solutions to persistent challenges and lead product strategy and prioritization discussions.
  • Identify and analyze industry best practices for optimization, merchandising, and feature implementation.
  • Drive user and competitive research to identify user segments, highlight areas of opportunity, and present actionable findings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics, with mobile free-to-play games experience required.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience driving business performance metrics across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate design to business targets and goals.
  • Data-driven mindset, critical thinking, attention to detail, collaborative, and adaptability.
  • Passion for self-motivation, selling ideas, and influencing stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $140,700 - $204,700 USD annually, depending on location. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a benefits package that includes paid time off, 80 hours per year of sick time, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
