We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Esso.

About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Assign tasks to sales staff, provide coaching and training to enhance their performance, and establish work schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Merchandise Management: Order stock, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure maximum visibility and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, address supply shortages, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree not required but secondary (high) school graduation certificate is necessary.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with on-site customer service principles and practices.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the retail industry.
