Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SHIVAS DOSA RESTAURANT. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, including food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Recruit and hire staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to attract and retain customers.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
