About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Bourbon Street Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
