About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care services.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license and certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities and seniors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
