Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator - Safety to support their assigned locations in ensuring employee health and safety. Reporting to the Director of Safety, this role will facilitate compliance with legislation and drive the health and safety culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Performance Monitoring: Update and distribute program documentation, monitor health and safety performance, and prepare related reports.
  • Legislative Compliance: Facilitate compliance with legislation through communication, tracking, and reporting.
  • Injury Management: Support the injury management program for the assigned Brandt locations.
  • Health and Safety Programs: Collaborate with the corporate health and safety team to ensure various workplace health, safety, and wellness programs are implemented according to legislation.
  • Culture and Performance: Drive the health and safety culture and contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety outcomes and organizational performance.

Required Skills:

High energy, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office applications are required for this position.
