About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our facilities team at 2082307 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including emptying trash cans, contacting contractors for repairs, and performing minor repairs on appliances.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Conditions: The role involves repetitive tasks and is physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, and reliable individuals are preferred.
