Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join our team, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This key position involves determining service offerings, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

About the Role

  • This permanent full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and maintaining inventory.
  • A strong understanding of MS Office, electronic cash registers, and point-of-sale systems is essential for this role.
  • You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate arrangements for food and other supplies, participate in marketing plans, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

As the Executive Hospitality Manager, you will supervise 5-10 people and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
