We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at 0860859 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
