PrecisionERP Incorporated is seeking a skilled Technology Infrastructure Coordinator to support the technology coordination aspect of LAN room readiness and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing docking station installation, network installation, and testing (circuits, switches, wired/wireless networks), print configuration, and testing.

This is a one-year contract opportunity with a hybrid work location in Toronto, offering a great balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project manager to manage LAN room tasks and ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks and vendors.
  • Leverage 3-5 years of experience in a technology project coordination or project management role to drive results.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint to efficiently manage projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (desired).
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
