Pita Land is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
