Northern Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate patient care to individuals, groups, and communities in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical follow-up according to patients' primary care plans and personal goals of care
Develop and provide formal education to patients, families, and the general public
Collaborate with interprofessional teams to provide competent, safe, and ethical care
Participate in shift rotation and work flexible hours as needed
Requirements
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant
Three years recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management settings
Current valid driver's license
