Strategic HR Partner for Infrastructure Development

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Canada Infrastructure Bank. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes and creating a high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver solutions that advance employee engagement, development, and experience, ensuring alignment with our values.
- Provide counsel to managers and employees on HR principles, supporting their growth and success.
- Lead or co-lead HR programs and initiatives, partnering with HR colleagues or as a stand-alone project manager.
- Model and support our organizational values: Make it better, for Canada, Break new ground, Be the best of public and private, Celebrate our differences.
- Strive for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance programs, processes, and the overall employee experience.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, ensuring all employees feel valued, respected, and involved.
- Participate in HR-related programs, including learning and development, policy development, employee engagement surveys, and continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- 4-7 years of experience as an HRBP, partnering with teams and leaders to drive HR initiatives.
- Influencing skills: Trusted advisor, skilled at building relationships and credibility within the business.
- Passion for culture: Ability to shape an inclusive, high-performing culture by aligning people strategies with business outcomes.
- Communication skills: Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred.
- Analytical & tactical mindset: Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and process optimization.
