Job Description

We are seeking a Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our team at B.C. Ltd.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position involves working 40 hours per week in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to physiotherapists and occupational therapists in their rehabilitation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Treatment

Assess patients' physical abilities and assist in developing personalized treatment plans under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.

Treatment Program Implementation

Carry out treatment programs designed to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Administrative Tasks

Administer evaluative tests and procedures, clean and maintain equipment, prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, and perform general clerical duties.

Communication and Education

Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients and provide education on proper techniques and safety protocols.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements
  • Education

Certificate or diploma in a relevant field, such as physiotherapy assistant or allied health sciences.

Experience

A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
