About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our members through various digital channels, including phone, web chat, and live video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to members, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Complete transactions and resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and provide recommendations to members as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
