The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Windows

Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 32 hours per week. Public transportation is available.
