Senior Executive Assistant

About the Role:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of the External Affairs Service Unit, you will provide administrative support to the Vice President and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for presentations and events;
- Provide administrative services, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and filing systems;
- Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and maintain a professional demeanor;
- Contribute to team meetings and projects, and participate in budget preparation and variance analysis;
- Support the promotion of employee engagement and participate in planning events;
- Other tasks and projects as assigned;
- Support Pembina's safety culture and participate in an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive senior level administrative experience;
- Post-secondary education with a preference for a Legal Assistant Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Commerce;
- Advanced skills in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of SAP;
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills;
- High level of professionalism and ability to work with sensitive and confidential matters;
- Positive customer service approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexible with overtime and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
