We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Wong Family. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Criminal record check.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
