Job Title: Sales Associate III

About the Role:

The Sales Associate III is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. As a Sales Associate III, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Drive sales results through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and current offerings
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive and inviting shopping environment
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Support cash-wrap operations as needed, including processing transactions and handling customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
