Project Manager Land Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Land and Site Development team in Kitchener. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of ICI and Residential site development projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project financials, including invoicing, progress payment certificates, and collecting accounts receivables.
- Participate in business development activities and lead project meetings.
- Procure new projects and clients by identifying business development opportunities and leading proposal efforts.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and communicate effectively with internal and external project teams.
- Manage project execution by providing direction to the project team and acting as the main point of contact between internal and external project teams.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Project Management role, with specific land/site development experience.
- Ability to perform/draw using AutoCAD/Civil3D.
- P.Eng. designation.
- Understanding of the Site Plan review process.
- Technical understanding of applicable government technical standards and general engineering practices.
