Lead Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Kitchen Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Bistro & Pub. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills and experience in managing kitchen operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Expertise: Develop and implement new menu items, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and optimize kitchen workflow to meet customer demand.
- Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and lead a team of kitchen staff to achieve outstanding service and quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and other relevant laws and guidelines.
What We Offer
In addition to the opportunity to work with a talented team, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
