Job Title: Home Care Support Worker
Job Summary:

The Home Care Support Worker will provide high-quality, personalized care and support to our clients in a live-in setting. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role that makes a real difference in people's lives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to ensure clients' physical and emotional well-being
  • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Mend clothing and linens to extend their lifespan
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to keep the home tidy and organized
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to promote healthy eating habits
  • Cook meals as required to cater to clients' dietary needs


Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
