IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT department, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Planning and Budgeting
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation
- Client Relationships
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
- Incident Management
- Manage incidents to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT operations management
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
