About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Help is Here Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of settings.
