About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by following established protocols and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset or equivalent experience
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
