Qualifications:
- BCCNM Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) with 3 years leadership experience in care home administration or leadership; Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare; Innovative thinker with a commitment to integrity and ethical practices; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
